Domestic shipping is provided by FEDEX
International shipping is provided by UPS
All shipments utilize express services.
Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders within North America that exceed $75, before taxes and after any applicable discounts.
We are not accountable for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. The purchaser bears sole responsibility for customs charges and fees. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please consult your local postal or customs office for guidance. Refusal to pay customs fees and charges at the time of delivery will result in the return of your order, and no refund for shipment costs will be issued. Customers have a maximum of ninety (90) days from the order date to claim that their package was lost in order to be eligible for any compensation related to their order.
Delivery Confirmation
Once Sugarlash PRO™ has fulfilled your order, you will receive an order and shipping confirmation, complete with a tracking number.
Once delivery confirmation becomes available, Sugarlash PRO™ is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure accurate address and contact information. For shipping-related inquiries, lost, or stolen packages, please reach out to the delivery company directly.

Out Of Stock Merchandise
In the event that an item you ordered is currently out of stock or becomes unavailable, our team will notify you. Upon receiving this notification, you will be refunded the full amount of the unavailable product.
Cancellations
Customers may cancel orders until 9:30 AM MST on the following business day. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, and retrieval is not an option.
Damaged and Missing Merchandise
Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If you believe an item is damaged or missing, notify us via email within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the product. It may be necessary for us to contact the courier company for a damage inspection and open a claim. Ensure that all original packing materials are retained for claim purposes. In all cases, the damaged merchandise must be returned along with the packaging materials.
Sugarlash PRO™ reserves the right to either replace the item or offer Lash Cash Credit towards other products. Any damaged or missing merchandise must be reported within 30 days of delivery receipt, as the warranty will expire after this period. Please note that no return will be accepted without prior authorization from our customer service team.
For any faulty products, all of our liquids are warranted for 30 days. To qualify for the warranty, products must be used according to the product description; incorrect usage or storage will void the warranty. Sugarlash PRO™ will provide a Lash Cash Credit for the purchase amount upon the return of the product at the customer's expense or proof of disposal.
