OMG I’m in Love with this stand great for small work spaces

It sure looks good and now I can have more freedom to move the light around as I was using the table clamp before. With the table clamp I'd always bonk my head on it when it was in the ideal position for lighting. This stand also isn't easily tipped which was a problem with the original stand. It's packaged nicely from Glamcor. BUT the screw that attaches the base to the pole always loosens itself even when I just move it once, making it wobble. It's a PITA to re-tighten. I'm worried over time it wont be able to tighten at all.

This isn't Sugarlash's fault but it's also super pricey for what it is. An acrylic base and an adjustable pole and a screw. The pole is decent sturdiness but I was kind of underwhelmed with the quality. The pole components are just lightweight I guess you could say.

And for some reason Sugarlash packaged the Glamcor box in a HUGE Sugarlash shipping box which seemed really wasteful. My 2 preschoolers fit in the box together - so at least it was used for fun before being recycled :)

So I recommend this based on functionality but just be aware it's priced at a premium and if you expect to be moving it around a lot it's probably not the product for you.

When you are adjusting the lights, the base of the stand loosens. You have to tighten the screw so often to ensure it doesn’t become loose enough and fall off. If you had it placed in an area where you never have to adjust the light placement, the stand would be perfect! :)
