Education and experience is your best friend when consulting with a client. Knowing what lash styles will suit which features, what lengths and diameters your client’s natural lashes can handle, and when to say no, is KEY.
Unfortunately, in our industry when it comes to meeting and working with clients each day, you are bound to come across some that are difficult - to say the least. We have all been there and dealt with those clients in the best way possible. I am here to give you a little help identifying those ‘bad’ lash clients and how to handle them. Grab a drink, get your notepad out, get comfy, and get ready to take the next step in dealing with bad lash clients.
I have always said, you can be the best lash artist in the world but if you have no interest in building relationships with your clients success may be hard to find. We all know that networking and building relationships can be a major factor in the success of any business, lashes are no different. Our returning clients are the bread and butter of our business. Without these clients and their fill appointments, lashes really wouldn’t be a viable career.
